Samantha E. Hamilton is an Associate Attorney at Paladin Law Group focusing on environmental law and regulatory compliance, specifically in matters involving hazardous waste management and contaminated site liability. Her practice includes assisting clients with complex environmental litigation and cost recovery matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hamilton was an Associate Attorney at Davis Hartman Wright LLP in New Bern, North Carolina, representing commercial, individual, and municipal clients in environmental regulatory and litigation matters. Her work included advising on state environmental permitting, defending civil enforcement actions under the federal Clean Water Act, and handling environmental disputes in state courts.

While at Wake Forest University School of Law, Ms. Hamilton earned a Master’s degree in Sustainability. She was also involved as a student attorney for the Wake Forest Environmental Law & Policy Clinic, Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, and a Guardian ad Litem volunteer.
